The Wellbeing Centre is based in the Lampeter Leisure Centre.
The Centre is run by Ceredigion Actif, part of Ceredigion County Council.
Lampeter Swimming Pool is now part of the Wellbeing Centre.
There are a number of regular weekly classes at the Centre including Spin, Kettlebells, and Aqua Aerobics.
