To celebrate International Older Persons Day Ceredigion County Council and Ceredigion Actif have organised a day of events at the Wellbeing Centre in Lampeter.

The day will include speeches from Sion Wyn Evans and Cllr Alun Williams, information stalls, gym taster sessions, talks on Menopause and on Healthy Ageing. There will also Dementia Friends sessions with Ceredigion Community Connectors.

Blood pressure checks will also be available.

There will be disabled parking bays available and the Wellbeing Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
