17 Nov 2023Bro Pedr Medical Group are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Practice Business Manager.
The Group runs the surgeries in Lampeter (Taliesin) and Llanybydder (Brynmeddyg).
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the running of both Surgeries but will be based in Lampeter.
Bro Pedr Medical Group is the largest Practice in South Ceredigion with approximately 12,100 patients. The team of consists of 5 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses and a full complement of support staff including an Assistant Practice Manager and Finance Manager.
The job involves ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the Practice, supporting the GP Partners and managing all business, staffing, operational and administrative areas of the Practice.
Applicants for this role should possess a degree level qualification or evidence of a minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
