Wanted criminal Rod Whitlock (Bruce Willis) leads a rogue team of mercenaries on a mission of vengeance.

Convinced that the government is working against them, the merciless group brutally seizes an energy plant and holds everyone inside hostage.

With a nearby town on the brink of massive flooding and destruction, it is up to retired army ranger Mack Kerr (Patrick Muldoon) to save thousands of innocent lives before it is too late.

The film also stars Matthew Marsden and Ava Paloma.

After over 40 years of making movies, this is one of Bruce Willis’s last films before illness forced him to retire from Hollywood. In 2023 his family publicly revealed that he is suffering from frontotemporal dementia.
