Clwb Sarn Helen Club is a small, friendly group of runners and cyclists of all ages and abilities based in Lampeter, Ceredigion.

The club meets regularly to train and organise a number of running races throughout the year. It also runs cycling and running championships as well as regular social events.

Sarn Helen has three running sessions each week for adults (over 16) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting from the Rookery Car Park.

Running sessions for juniors (8 – 16 year olds) are held at Lampeter Leisure Centre on Thursday evenings.

The club also has a cycling group which has organised bike rides on Wednesday evenings starting from the Rookery Car Park.
