Lampeter Lionesses (Llewod Llambed) is a fun, friendly and inclusive group for the ladies of Lampeter to play netball.

They have regular weekly training sessions for players of all levels at Lampeter Wellbeing Centre or at the UWTSD Lampeter Campus Sports Hall.

Their league squad plays in the Ceredigion Netball League.
