Tregaron Leisure Centre is a community run leisure facility to provide the inhabitants of Tregaron and the surrounding area with facilities for recreation, sport, healthy activity and community focus.

The Centre has a large sports hall, a gym and a squash court. It is home to several sports clubs including badminton, table tennis, football and basketball.

The sports hall has a climbing wall, 4 badminton courts, a full size basketball court, a short tennis court, netball and indoor hockey facilities and 5-a-side football goals. The hall is also for hire for parties with bouncy castles.

Tregaron Leisure Centre also has conference and meeting rooms available for hire.

The Centre has male and female changing rooms with showers, toilets and a disabled toilet.
