Bont Blades is a local netball group for adults, seniors and schoolgirls (15+).

The group holds weekly training sessions indoors at Tregaron Leisure Centre during autumn and winter.

In the spring the group trains outside in Pontrhydfendigaid.

The indoor sessions are held on Monday evenings.
