Ceredigion Country Council are recruiting Lifeguards / Operations Attendants to work at the Wellbeing Centre in Lampeter (formerly Lampeter Leisure Centre & Swimming Pool).

The role will involve working closely with the management team to ensure that the service maximises its contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of the county’s residents.

Leading a team at the Wellbeing Centre the post will include identifying how the current provision such as Learn To Swim programme, Free Swimming and our School Swimming programme can be improved and introducing new opportunities to increase the usage of all facilities. The role will also involve supporting our staff to provide an excellent customer experience.
