Pont Steffan Dental Practice in Lampeter is looking to hire a Receptionist and Decontamination Assistant to join their team temporarily for 6 months Maternity Cover.

The role will be varied and consist of working some days as a Decontamination Assistance and the other days as a Receptionist, a great way to gain several invaluable skills.

As a Decontamination Assistant you will assist the dentists and dental nurses by taking responsibility for the day to day running of the decontamination room where instruments from the surgeries are processed and prepared for their next use.

As part of the reception team you will be the forefront representative of the business and brand values. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that enjoy people and have excellent communication skills. Being able to provide a calm, professional and cheerful experience for patients, as well as putting them at ease.

Applicants must be computer literate, as you will required to use Microsoft Office, email etiquette and dental software for booking patients in.

No experience necessary – full training will be given

Hours / days of work to be confirmed.

HepB Vaccination is desirable but will be provided and paid for if not.

This is a part-time, temporary contract for 6 months.
