Evans Bros Estate Agents are looking to recruit an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator.

The successful candidate will be based in either the Lampeter or Aberaeron office (TBC).

The job will involve…

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs and preferences.
• Managing a portfolio of properties, including listings, viewings, and negotiations.

Requirements…

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong understanding of the local area and property market.
• Confident in the use of IT.
• Welsh speaker desirable.
• Availability for Saturday working (every other week – with time off in lieu).

Salary is negotiable based on experience. There is also a bonus scheme and company pension.
