Watson & Pratt’s in Lampeter is looking for a part-time Bakery Assistant, with bakery experience, to join their expanding bakery on Lampeter industrial estate.
The Bakery at Watson & Pratts produces high quality sourdough bread, cakes, pastries and other baked goods.
The bakery team currently consists of energetic, food loving bakers and bakery assistants, who work closely to produce our speciality sourdough, delicious pastries, and other baked goods.
Watson & Pratt’s want someone who is keen to learn, would be committed to the role, have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for their products and ethos, is meticulous, with an attention to detail, and wants to be part of a hard-working bakery team.
They need someone who can…
- Be on our rota for early shifts starting at either 4.00, 5.00 or 6.00am
- Work Mondays and Saturdays and has the flexibility to work 1 or 2 additional days
- Provide holiday cover when required
- Work consistently and respond to direction
- Work closely with the bakers and bakery cleaner, to make a high-quality product
- Work diligently to maintain high hygiene standards and keep a clean and tidy workspace.
The expected work hours are 25 – 34 hours per week.
The expected start date is 8 April.
