This year’s celebration of all things Apple is again being hosted by Watson & Pratt’s on the Lampeter Industrial Estate.
At the heart of the seasonal festivities will be the Apple Pressing. Lampeter Permaculture Group are supplying all the apple pressing equipment. Bring along your own apple harvest, along with empty bottles, and get it all pressed into juice for you to take home and enjoy.

- Caws Teifi – local cheeses
- Conti’s – Lampeter made ice cream

- Extract Coffee – coffee roasted in Bristol
- Felin Ganol – Llanrhystud water powered cornmill
- Hazelwell Farm – Carmarthenshire organic beef and lamb
- Jin Talog – Carmarthenshire gin
- Llaethlliw Vineyard – Welsh wine from near Aberaeron
- Maesyffin Mushrooms – locally grown shitake mushrooms
- Mantle Brewery – beer from Cardigan
- Myrddrin Heritage – sausage rolls from Llandysul
- Parsnipship – vegan and vegetarian foods from Bridgend
- Teifi Cheese – makers of award winning cheeses based in Llandysul
- The Tegfan Farm – free-range pork from just outside Lampeter
- Ty’r Gobaiths Pantry – jams, chutneys and baked goods
- Welsh Homestead Smokery – chilli jams and smoked meat from Bethania
- Welsh Mountain Cider – local cider producer from Llanidloes
Vintage Roots, the UK’s leading organic wine merchant, will also be at the festival.
Also attending the Apple Day event will be Lampeter Beekeepers, Alec Page Blacksmiths, OS Wooddesign, Outbloom local flower farm and local author and grower Stephanie Hafferty.
There will also be activities for children including face painting, baking and crafts, along with programme of talks and demonstrations from Stephanie Hafferty, Welsh Homestead Smokery, Welsh Mountain Cider and Sam from Afon Mel.
Hot food and refreshments will be available including local cheese, racletter, pizza, sandwiches, cakes and pastries, cream teas and coffee.
