Mulberry Bush Wholefoods is a family-run health food store and vegetarian cafe, located in centre of Lampeter.

The Mulberry Bush opened in 1974, was a pioneering shop for its time.

The shop stocks organic products, whole foods, and quality vitamin and mineral supplements, herbal remedies, and homeopathy.

The cafe, located at the back of the shop and upstairs, uses fresh, organic, and local produce to produce vegetarian and vegan snacks, cakes and full meals. With daily specials as well as a standard menu. The cafe is Eat In and Takeaway.

Mulberry Bush Wholefoods also offers a Click & Collect service for orders placed on its website. It does not currently offer any delivery service.

The Mulberry Bush was awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) by Ceredigion County Council on 26th September 2022.
