Barcud is a not-for-profit housing association based in Mid and West Wales. It provides affordable homes to rent, rent-to-own and buy in the heart of Wales.

The Head Office of Barcud is on the industrial estate in Lampeter.

The Housing Association has over 4000 properties, and 300 staff, across Powys, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

It is led by Steve Jones, Group Chief Executive.

Barcud was formed from the merger of Tai Ceredigion and Mid-Wales Housing Association in November 2020.
