Gwili Jones Tractors are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the parts/aftersales team at the Lampeter branch.

Working within a small and friendly parts and service team, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to…

• Dealing with customer’s parts enquiries over the counter, on the phone and online
• Assisting with stock control measures, ordering, receiving and allocation of parts to customers/jobs
• Regular stock checks
• Assisting with managing and organising parts stock levels with up-to-date parts for necessary machines
• Assisting in keeping the showroom stocked, organised, tidy, and up to date
• Assisting with workshop administration needs
• Assisting with warranty registration and parts warranty claims.

The successful candidate will have the following skills…

• Strong IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of agricultural machinery
• A ‘Can-Do’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Team player and approachable
• Welsh speaking an advantage but not essential
• GCSE level education or equivalent preferred
• Driving licence preferred.

This is a full time, permanent position. Extended hours may be required in busy periods, and Saturday morning working will be required on a rota basis year round.

The wage rate is dependent on experience, but in the £10.00-£13.00 per hour range.
