The Creative Officer will be responsible for coordinating and developing a community theatre and dance programmes including running and developing specific projects with various groups, for example…

• Toddlers and their parents (0-3 years)
• The Foundation Phase
• Primary and secondary schools
• Youth groups and organisations
• ALN Groups
• Day Centres.

The Creative Officer will work as part of the theatre’s creative team, also contributing to other projects within the participatory arts programme for example Drama Clubs, Performance School, Youth Theatre Projects, Welsh Pantomime etc.

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent time management ability
• Good organisational and co-ordination skills
• Relevant IT skills and experience
