Teams from Hywel Dda University Health Board and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David are organising weekly walks to encourage community members of all ages and abilities to get outdoors for a stroll.

The walks will start and finish at the Lloyd Thomas Refectory, UWTSD Lampeter campus, and everyone who takes part in the walk will be offered a free cup of tea or coffee to warm up at the end.

There will be a choice of a half mile walk on the flat, or a one mile walk on paths.

Suitable for all abilities, rain or shine.
