Lampeter and District Beekeepers Association runs a Beekeeping Beginners Course each year in February and March to introduce new people to beekeeping.

The next course starts on Tuesday 20 February 2024 at Llanfair Clydogau Village Hall.

The course consists of five weekly sessions in the Village Hall, followed by practical sessions at the Association’s Apiary from the end of the course through the summer.

The fee for the 2023 course was £75 for individuals and £130 for couples. It is expected that the 2024 course will be similar.
